After Sam is injured in a car accident, he is admitted to Northern Indiana State Hospital where Dr Kadinsky diagnoses him as suffering from a psychotic episode. After Sam leaves and Castiel is admitted, Dr Kadinksy interviews and employs a new nurse - Meg.
