Dr. Sexy, M.D. is the name of a fictitious hospital drama, based on a series of books, that has featured in Supernatural. It is a hospital drama set at Seattle Mercy Hospital and is a send-up of Grey's Anatomy a medical drama which aired opposite Supernatural in the U.S. on Thursday nights, revolving around the love lives of the staff of Seattle Grace Hospital. The name is a reference to Dr. Derek Shepherd, played by Patrick Dempsey, who is nicknamed "McDreamy" by other characters Grey's Anatomy.

Dean is a big fan of the show.
