She hesitantly pushes open the bathroom door, revealing a great deal more blood, and screams in horror as she finds her father's corpse.

Later at school Donna questions why Charlie would bring strangers to her house to ask her questions about how her mother died, and is prompted to say "Bloody Mary" three times in front of the bathroom mirror to prove it is all nonsense.
