Dixon is a vampire whose nest including his daughter was killed by hunters. He picks up blonde girls at a nightclub and feeds them his blood, promising it is a fantastic new drug. When he captures Gordon, he decides to turn him into a vampire as revenge. He is devastated when Gordon kills the two women he was holding captive and making into vampires. While not shown, it can be assumed Dean kills him.
Based on the photo of his daughter, he had been around since the late 19th century.
