Deputy Frank was the arresting officer of Annie Jones, after placing her in a holding cell he gets a call about a possible B & E, and leaves he station. Sometime after leaving he gets attacked and knocked out by Annie's "brother" Cody, and has his keys to the holding cell taken from him. A day later he is confronted by Celia and her sons about the location of Sheriff Mills and Annie, Frank has the information beaten out of him by the vampires, but is left alive.
