Dean and Sam Winchester are badass hunters. So badass, in fact, that they've taken on (and taken out) more than one god. Read on for a listing of who killed which god and how.

Calliope
10.05 Fan Fiction
The goddess of epic poetry.
Sam stabs her with a blessed wooden stake.

Chronos
7.12 Time After Time
The god of Time. He had to kill three sacrifices so that he could control when he appeared.
Sam stabbed him in the heart with a 1,000 year old olive branch "carved by Vestal Virgins and dipped in the blood of... you don't want to know."

Death
10.23 Brother's Keeper
Not technically a god, but Death said that he would Reap God someday, so I figure he qualifies.
Dean stabs him all the way through with Death's own Scythe.

God of the Winter Solstice
3.08 A Very Supernatural Christmas
Also known as Mr. and Mrs. God (Edward and Madge Carrigan.)
Using evergreen stakes pulled from the Carrigans' Christmas tree, Sam stabs Mrs. Carrigan and Dean stabs Mr. Carrigan.

Leshi
5.05 Fallen Idols
A forest god who takes the form of whomever the victims admire.
Sam cuts the head off with an iron ax while the god is in the form of Paris Hilton.

Osiris
7.04 Defending Your Life
The Egyptian god of the dead who judges the guilt in a person's heart.
Sam stabs him with a ram's horn.

Plutus
8.02 What's Up, Tiger Mommy?
The god of greed.
He is stabbed by his assistant, who was working for Crowley.

Prometheus
8.16 Remember the Titans
The Titan who stole fire from Mt. Olympus for the benefit of humanity.
He killed himself and Zeus with one of Artemis' arrows. Artemis shot Prometheus and then Prometheus shoved the arrow through his own body into Zeus.

Vanir
1.11 Scarecrow
Pagan god that protects crops. It requires two sacrifices each year (one male, one female).
Dean discovers it can be killed by burning down its sacred tree. Sam douses the tree in gasoline and then Emily (the not-quite-townie) sets it on fire.

Vesta
9.08 Rock and a Hard Place
Roman goddess of the hearth.
Killed by Sheriff Mills with a piece of oak stained in virgin blood.

Zeus
8.16 Remember the Titans
King of the Greek Gods.
Killed by Prometheus with one of Artemis' arrows.
