Clairsentience is the ability to sense energies and things that are not visible to the naked eye.

When Missouri Moseley goes into the Winchester's original house, she is able to detect supernatural energies, saying one is a poltergeist.

4.20 The Rapture

When Sam starts drinking demon blood again, Anna Milton is able to detect it, saying he seems "different." Anna is able to recognize it, but doesn't say anything.

7.23 Survival of the Fittest

Meg points out that all of the leviathans on Earth were inside Castiel, meaning that he can spot the real Dick Roman after he had a group of duplicates planted throughout SucroCorp headquarters as a cautionary measure. This proves to be key to identifying and killing Dick Roman.

8.22 Clip Show

The Nephilim Jane is able to recognize that Castiel and Metatron are angels, telling the two that she can see their halos.

10.17 Inside Man

Oliver Pryce tells Castiel that the only thing he can "see" from him are colors rather than thoughts.

11.21 All in the Family

After becoming a prophet of the Lord, Donatello Redfield gains the ability to sense the energies of both God / Chuck and the Darkness / Amara. He uses this ability to track down Amara's location, in order to rescue Lucifer.

13.02 The Rising Son

When Apocalypse World Michael meets Lucifer, he mentions he knows he is truly Lucifer, stating that he can "feel it."

Donatello reveals to the Winchesters that he found their motel room due to sensing the intense energy coming from Jack. Thinking it was God, he followed it to Wyoming, telling Sam and Dean he was drawn to it. He goes on to tell Jack that his energy is nothing like his father, Lucifer's, telling him it is, "Not dark, not toxic."

Later, when Jack is tricked by the disguised Asmodeus, Sam and Dean use Donatello to track Jack's energy to the Hell Gate in Jasper, Wyoming.

13.03 Patience

Missouri is able to read the energies in Dede's shop and recognize that a wraith came in pretending to be a customer and fed off her brain. She also receives two visions -- that her son James Turner and granddaughter Patience are in danger -- as well as her own death at the hands of the same wraith.

14.01 Stranger in a Strange Land

Sister Jo is able to recognize Michael after seeing his wings and halo resonating around his vessel, Dean Winchester.

14.02 Gods and Monsters

Castiel affirms that he can't accompany Sam, Mary, and Bobby to track Michael as he fears Michael would sense his angelic presence.

14.09 The Spear

Michael reminds Castiel that he can sense his presence after he enters the Hitomi Plaza. After finding him, Michael goes on to severely beat Castiel into a bloody pulp.
