History
Cindy McClellan is a nurse in NICU at Enfield Memorial Hospital. She’s been married six years to her husband, Matthew. Cindy is possessed by a demon who is Lilith’s “chef,” providing babies for her to eat from the maternity ward.
Appearance

She is caught and interrogated by Sam who is searching for Lilith. She tells him Lilith will be at St. Mary's Convent in Ilchester, Maryland at midnight the next day. Ruby tells Sam they need to keep the demon alive so Sam can feed on her blood but the demon withdraws to the recesses of Cindy’s mind and Cindy comes to, scared and confused about the situation. Seeing no other choice in his fight against Lilith, Sam ignores Cindy’s human side and orders Ruby to kill her so that he may drink her blood.
