While questioning Jay, Charlie, and Vernon about tarot cards, due to Vernon having used them in his act, Vernon and Charlie send Dean to meet a man who goes by the name Chief whom Patrick Vance supposedly crossed years ago.
On his way to meet with Chief, Dean walks along Bleeker Street until he comes to a neon sign saying 426. Dean knocks on the bars on the door.
