Chester returns as a vengeful spirit, possessing the old costumes he used to wear, so that the wearer kills people he wants revenge against - Stan Hinkle, Phil Evans and his sister Rita. It turns out that Chester did not commit suicide, after his sister Rita, fearful that the accusations were true. The men had taken Chester to a bridge, where they threatened him, and in doing so he fell to his death.
The murders end when all the costumes are burned, and the possession ends.
