Casifer is a portmanteau made up of Castiel and Lucifer. It arose in fandom after 11.10 The Devil in the Details when Castiel consents to possession by Lucifer as he believes it is the only way to defeat the Darkness. Some fans also used the variant Lustiel, which was endorsed by Misha Collins.
