Episodes

3.04 Sin City

After being possessed by a demon, Casey prompted Trotter to introduce gambling and prostitution to the town, thereby encouraging vice among the inhabitants. When Sam, Dean and Richie arrive in town to investigate possible demonic omens, she seduces Richie and lures him to her home where she reveals herself as a demon and snaps his neck.

Casey later tries the same plan with Dean. However, he is able to trap her with a devil's trap, telling her he tracked Richie's cell phone and found his body in the basement, and after giving him a proper burial made the devil's trap. As Dean attempts to exorcise Casey, she uses her powers to cause a gust of wind which rips out the pages of exorcism rites from his book, while also causing a cave-in at the entrance, trapping them both.

Without the pages, Dean is unable to exorcise Casey. Stuck together, she tells Dean how her hands are mostly clean and how it only took a simple suggestion to Trotter to bring vice to the town. Casey also goes on to reveal the true name of the Yellow-Eyed Demon as Azazel, and that demons believe in a higher power -- Lucifer. Casey also opens up to Dean, telling him not all demons are the same, and that she would have been a follower of Sam had Azazel's plan been successful. She is nearly rescued by Father Gil, who is possessed by the demon who has been her lover for centuries, and pleads with him not to kill Dean. Before they can escape, Sam arrives and uses the Colt to kill both Casey and Gil before Dean can stop him.

3.09 Malleus Maleficarum

While Dean berates Sam for stopping him from killing Ruby, Sam defends himself by pointing out how Dean didn't want him to kill Casey. But Dean explains that Casey wasn't manipulating him like Ruby.
