It is first referenced in 2.04 Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things, when Dean returns to the motel room and Sam is sitting on the edge of his bed watching the TV. A voiceover on the TV can be heard saying "Next on the Skin Channel, Casa Erotica Four. A tale of two Latin beauties..."
In 3.10 Dream a Little Dream of Me when Bela turns up at 2am to ostensibly help the Winchesters, she asks what she's meant to do after handing over the African Dream Root, and Dean says: "Get a room. Ah, they got the Magic Fingers, a little Casa Erotica on pay-per-view. You'll love it."

Sam and Dean watch the DVD, which at first appears to be a normal porn film, until Gabriel appears and tells them that they may be able to re-imprison Lucifer, and that the keys to his cage are the rings of Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
