When Dean returns to the motel room and Sam is sitting on the edge of his bed watching the TV. A voiceover on the TV can be heard saying "Next on the Skin Channel, Casa Erotica 4. A tale of two Latin beauties..."
3.10 Dream a Little Dream of Me
When Bela turns up at 2am to ostensibly help the Winchesters, she asks what she's meant to do after handing over the African Dream Root, and Dean says: "Get a room. Ah, they got the Magic Fingers, a little Casa Erotica on pay-per-view. You'll love it."
4.18 The Monster at the End of This Book
When Dean is telling Sam not to do anything that would aid in fulfilling Chuck's prophecy of Sam and Lilith in the "throes of demonic passion," and Dean says: "I don't care what you do. Use the Magic Fingers or watch Casa Erotica on pay per view."
5.19 Hammer of the Gods
When Sam and Dean arrive their room at the Elysian Fields Hotel, Dean is thrilled to find chocolates on the pillows and that Casa Erotica 13 is on the pay per view. Later Gabriel gives Dean a Casa Erotica 13 DVD and tells him to guard it with his life.
Sam and Dean watch the DVD, which at first appears to be a normal porn film, until Gabriel appears and tells them that they may be able to re-imprison Lucifer, and that the keys to his cage are the rings of Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
In Gabriel's Casa Erotica DVD, the action takes place in room 69.
9.08 Rock and a Hard Place
Dean and Sam join a church purity group as part of a hunt, and Dean recognizes the counselor. She is Suzy Lee now, but she used to known as Carmelita star of such Casa Erotica classics such as "Cabana Nights" and "Tequila Bun Rise." Dean and Suzy proceed to seduce each other with some porn worthy dialogue:
Dean: The scene with the tacos, it made me want to join a mariachi band just to be near you.
Suzy: You're not like... the other guys in town, are you? You're kind of a... bad boy.
Dean: I don't know. Why don't you ask me that in Spanish?
Suzy: ¿Eres un chico malo?
Dean: Si.
9.18 Meta Fiction
As Castiel is leaving his motel room, the TV comes on and is playing Casa Erotic 14. As the film plays, Gabriel appears on the screen, and then materializes in the room with Cas.
