Candace Armstrong is discovered by an invisible being while she's in the shower at the Cascade Women's Fitness Club in Concrete, Washington. When Sam interviews her about her experience, she claims to be a "natural sensitive," about which he is skeptical. She claims the ghost wasn't violent, but instead kept stammering apologies and begging her not to tell its mom. When she became frightened and fell, it helped her up. Sam later deduces that her ghostly assailant is none other than a lustful teenager who asked for invisibility from the local Wishing Well.
Candace's scene in the episode teaser references the famous shower scene in Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho, in which Marion Crane (Janet Leigh) is brutally stabbed and left to die.
