The CW Television Network, commonly known as the CW, was formed as a joint venture between Warner Bros. Entertainment and CBS Corporation and saw a merger of The WB and UPN, in September 2006.
The CW is America's fifth broadcast network and targets the 18-34 demographic with shows such as Everybody Hates Chris, Beauty and the Geek, America's Next Top Model, Smallville and Supernatural. It also previously aired Seventh Heaven, Gilmore Girls and Veronica Mars.
The President of Teh CW is Dawn Ostroff.
