History
Becky is a fan of the The Supernatural Books by Carver Edlund. Her online name is samlicker81, and she is the webmistress of morethanbrothers.net. She writes Wincest fanfiction. Carver Edlund aka Chuck Shirley contacts her to get a message to Sam and Dean. It is obvious from her reaction to the boys that she is a Sam Girl.
Trivia: The domain name morethanbrothers.net is owned by Warner Brothers Source. There is also an actual Twitter account called @SuperBeckyRosen which tweeted the tweets seen during the show on September 24, 2011.

5.01 Sympathy For The Devil
Chuck contacts Becky and gets her to take a message to Sam and Dean about his latest prophecy.
Becky's call with Chuck.
Becky: Oh my God! You. You’re -
Chuck: Carver Edlund. Yeah. Hi, Becky.
Becky: You got my letters and my marzipan.
Chuck: Yeah, yeah. Um, yummy. But, uh -
Becky: I am your number one fan. You know, I’m Samlicker81.
Chuck: I’m sorry, you're what?
Becky: Webmistress at morethanbrothers.net
Chuck: Oh, yeah, no yeah. You’re my number one fan! That’s why I contacted you. You’re the only one who’ll believe me.
Becky: Are you alright?
Chuck: No, I’m being watched. Okay, not now, at least I don’t think so. But I don’t have much time. I need your help.
Becky: You need MY help?!
Chuck: That’s right. I need you to get a message to Sam and Dean. Okay?
Becky: Look, Mr. Edlund. Yes, I’m a fan, but I really don’t appreciate being mocked. I know that Supernatural's just a book, okay? I know the difference between fantasy and reality.
Chuck: Becky, it’s all real.
Becky: [extremely excited] I knew it!!
When Becky shows up at the motel the brothers are staying at she is amazed at Sam but Dean isn't what she expected. She recites word for word what Chuck told her and fixates herself on Sam much to his dismay.
5.09 The Real Ghostbusters
Becky Rosen "borrows" Chuck Shurley's phone, pretending to be him, and texts Sam & Dean saying he's in a life or death situation. Sam and Dean rush over after driving all night only to find out that Becky has invited them to a Supernatural Convention for Chuck's books. When real ghosts start attacking people, Chuck has to step up and help keep everyone safe while Sam and Dean and two Supernatural fanboys, Demian and Barnes, fight the ghosts. His bravery impresses Becky who immediately abandons her pursuit of Sam for a relationship with Chuck.
She also tells Sam that in the book which tells the events of 3.15 Time Is On My Side, Bela gave the Colt not to Lilith but to her right hand demon, and possibly lover, Crowley.
7.08 Season Seven, Time for a Wedding!

This is the Wincest fic Becky is writing in 5.01 Sympathy For The Devil. It is a classic example of the Hurt/Comfort trope.
Sam shivered as he leaned against the splintered wooden wall of the barn. His shoulder ached from his fight with the demon spawn Mar-Delok and his clothes were soaked from the cold rain which fell outside. He let the knife fall into the dust and turned to his brother.
Dean was shaken up. His chest was heaving with exertion and his shredded shirt was barely clinging to his muscular frame. Sam could see he was hurt.
"Hey. Are you ok?" Sam stepped closer and put his arms around Dean. "We're going to get out of this, they can't keep us here long."
The brothers huddled together in the dark as the sound of the rain drumming on the roof eased their fears of pursuit. Despite the cold outside and the demons who, even now, must be approaching, the warmth of their embrace comforted them.
And then Sam caressed Dean's clavicle.
"This is wrong," said Dean.
"Then I don't want to be right," replied Sam, in a husky voice.
