Adam/Samandriel slash fanworks pairs the characters Adam Milligan and Samandriel in a romantic or sexual relationship. The common name for this ship is Adamandriel.

This pairing has only a small following, not surprising considering the two characters have never made contact in the show, let alone ever be in the same episode together. Many Adamandriel stories center on Samandriel rescuing Adam from Lucifer's Cage, much like when Castiel raised Dean Winchester from perdition. This pairing first arose after Samandriel's first appearance in 8.02.
