Quotes

Kevin: It's been a bad couple of days, I haven't slept, I haven't eaten... I’m pretty backed up.
Dean: Okay, overshare.
Dean: Check the net for anything angel-y.

Sam: Or demon-y.

Dean: Or monster-y or ghost-y. It’s going to be a busy year.
Crowley: Torture? Brilliant. Can't wait to see Sam in stilettos and a leather bustier really putting the S.A.M into S and M.
Dean: So this whole place is poison? [covers crotch]

Sam: That’s not going to help

Dean: It doesn't hurt.
Dean: For the record? Sam's not the only guy who thought he was doing right and watched it all go to crap. That's part of being-

Tracey: A hunter.

Dean: No - human.
Abaddon: I so appreciate you boys coming when I call. That's what I like most about you Winchesters. Obedient... and suicidally stupid. I like that, too.
Dean: We going to fight or make out, 'cause I'm getting some real mixed signals here.
Abaddon: You know, I've loved this body since the moment I first saw it. You're the prefect vessel Dean. You give a girl all sorts of nasty ideas. So go ahead and play hard to get, and I'll peel off this "no demons allowed" tattoo and blow smoke up your ass.
Ezekiel: You are troubled still.

Dean: Yeah, it’s just, this is all me. I was the one who talked Sam out of boarding up Hell. So every demon deal, every kill they make, you’re looking at the person who let it happen.
Ezekiel: You were protecting your brother. I am in Sam’s head. Everything he knows, I know. And I know that what you did you did out of love.
Dean: Yeah, well, Zeke — I’m going to call you Zeke — I’m not with the whole love and love….
Ezekiel: That’s why I said yes.
Dean: If that goes sideways that’s on me too.
Ezekiel: That’s not going to happen.
Dean: This is nuts. You’re Sam but you’re not Sam. He’s the one I’m used to talking to about all this stuff. I’m trusting you Zeke. I just gotta hope that you’re one of the good guys.

Ezekiel: I am. But I suppose that is what a bad guy would say. Dean Winchester, you are doing the right thing.
Dean: And even with Crowley here, this is the safest place there is. And we need you man.

Kevin: Because I'm useful.

Dean: Because you're family. After allt he crap that we've been through, after all the good that we've done...Man if you don't think that we would die for you, I don't know what to tell you. Becasue you, me, Sam and Cas - we are all we've got.
Sam: I’m happy with my life for the first time in forever. I am. I really am. Things are good.

Trivia & References

A number of the cast and crew live-tweeted during the West Coast screening. Read them here.
[Kevin fires an arrow]

Dean: What the hell?
Kevin: Dean, you're alive.
Dean: Yeah, because you're a crappy shot... Katnis.

Katniss is a reference to the character Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games book and film series, for which the character is known for her archery skills.
Dean: Cas is a big boy, if things go Breaking Bad, he's got our number.
To "break bad" is to do things on the edge of the law. The term became popular and is now synonymous with the TV show Breaking Bad about a high school teacher who builds a drug empire.
Dean refers to Crowley as a "Limey" which is slang for an English person.
Dean: And then I thought to myself "What Would Sam Do?"
This is a twist on the phrase "What Would Jesus Do?" a popular motto amongst American Evangelical Christians.
Dean: Well I figured the King of Hell might know a few things, so why not Zero Dark Thirty his ass?
The 2012 movie Zero Dark Thirty depicts the hunt by the U.S. for Osama bin Laden and depicts people being tutored for information.
Irv: Hell, weird's what we do. I remember this case up in Saskatoon, we had this case of...

Dean: Werewolf Siamese twins!
Irv: He told you about that?
Dean: Every time he drank Labatts.

Saskatoon is a city in Saskatchewan, Canada and Labatts is a Canadian beer.
Dean: The stink, the freak thunderstorms and every cow dead within a three miles? I'll take demons for a thousand, Alex.
This is a reference to Alex Trebek host of the game show Jeopardy, where contestants can choose clues from different categories.
Dean refers to himself and Sam as "Agents Stark and Banner," a reference to the Marvel Comics characters Tony Stark aka Iron Man and Bruce Banner aka the Incredible Hulk. The scene was filmed just after the cast returned from Comic Con 2013 and the aliases were used as a tribute (Source).
Kevin uses the alias "Kevin Solo" - a shoutout to Han Solo from Star Wars.
Sergeant Miranda Bates' surname may be a shuot out to "Norman Bates" from the film Psycho. Her commanding officer is Major Vasquez and this may refer to Private Vasquez from Aliens.
Dean: Burgers and Silkwood showers on me.
Silkwood showers are long hot showers done to decontaminate oneself. The movie Silkwood was about the suspicious death of a whistleblower - Karen Silkwood - in the nuclear energy industry. The movie shows how when a radiation contamination is suspected, workers are subjected to high pressure shower.
Crowley: This arrangement. Quid Pro Quo.
A reference to Silence of the Lambs, and the deal Hannibal Lecter offers Clarice from his jail cell. "If I help you, Clarice, it will be "turns" with us too. Quid pro quo. I tell you things, you tell me things."

Minutiae

At the beginning of the episode Kevin mentions being "backed up" and at the end of the episode Dean returns with a large bottle of prune juice along with a bucket of chicken.
The vampires's van has a "If the van's a rockin', don't bother knockin'" bumper sticker.
Carmen Moore who plays Sargent Miranda Bates also played a doctor in 5.20 The Devil You Know.
The coordinates Abaddon gives Kevin are 44.053051, -123.12786 and point to an industrial estate in Eugene, Oregon.
