TEASER

The episode opens where 4.22 Lucifer Rising ended - Lucifer is being freed. The doors to the chapel slam shut, trapping Sam and Dean. White light engulfs then, and as a piercing sound drives them to their knees...

Suddenly Sam and Dean find themselves on a plane...

DEAN: What the hell?

SAM: I don't know.

VOICEOVER: Pilot: folks, quick word from the flight deck. We're just passing over Ilchester, then Ellicott city, On our initial descent into Baltimore...

DEAN: Ilchester? Weren't we just there?

Suddenly the plane hits turbulence; outside the ground flashes white and a column of light thrusts up into the sky
