Trivia & References
- Much of the advertising for this episode focused on the fact that it guest starred Tricia Helfer.
- On the Pad of Definitions on the Official Website, the title is spelt with two words - Road Kill.
- At the end of the episode, Dean calls Sam "Haley Joel". Haley Joel Osment is the actor who played the boy who could "see dead people" in The Sixth Sense.
- Dean also says something about Sam getting all "J. Love Hewitt" about ghosts, a nod to her character on the show "The Ghost Whisperer". Which is the second time Jennifer Love Hewitt got mentioned in reference to Sam. The first time being in the episode Asylum.
