Synopsis
Lucifer has been hopping from vessel to vessel trying to find one that can contain him, focusing on people in positions of power including billionaire businessman Wallace Parker and an archbishop of St. Louis. Finally he finds himself in the vessel of the president of the United States (POTUS) Jefferson Rooney while he is on a speaking tour in Indiana.
Lucifer "gets briefed" by Rooney to help him best impersonate the president. He also discovers that the president is having an affair with his aide, Kelly Kline. Lucifer continues the relationship, having sex with a human for the first time.
Sam, Dean, Castiel, and Crowley plot how to get Lucifer's essence out of the vessel and back into the Cage. Sam is driven to call Mick Davies of the British Men of Letters for help, but hangs up when the call goes to voicemail.
Lucifer becomes aware that the Winchesters are after him, and fabricates a story for the Secret Service that they are cult members intent on assassinating the president. The Secret Service catch up with the Winchesters and Castiel. Mr. Ketch of the British Men of Letters arrives just in time, destroys the Secret Service car with a Grenade Launcher, and renders the agents unconscious. Mr. Ketch explains that he is there to help, and shows them a number of weapons imbued with magic. One is the Hyperbolic Pulse Generator, which can be used to expel an angel from its vessel.
Through a contact of Crowley's within the presidential entourage, the Winchesters learn of Lucifer's affair with Kelly. Castiel informs them that angel radio is suddenly full of news - a very powerful angel has conceived a child (known as a Nephilim) with a human.
Crowley is able to teleport Kelly away to a motel and they try to explain to her that the president is Lucifer, and that she is pregnant with his child. When her hand is placed on a Bible, it bursts into flames, supporting their unbelievable story. They get Kelly to call the president and ask him to come to the hotel, telling him thatshe has decided not to keep the baby.
After the President (Lucifer) is securely inside the room, Sam, Dean, and Crowley all enter; Rowena waits in an adjoining room. Sam says a spell while holding out the pulse generator. It glows with white light and Lucifer starts to be expelled from the president. Rowena joins in with an incantation and finally Lucifer leaves Rooney's body and disappears through the floor - presumably back to the Cage.
Cas sneaks Kelly out through the adjoining room while the boys stay behind with the unconscious president. The Secret Service break into the room and arrest the Winchesters for attempted assassination. They are driven away, heavily chained, in an armored van.
Cas and Kelly stop at a diner, presumably waiting to meet up with the Winchesters. Kelly pretends to need to use the restroom, then sneaks out the back door and calls a taxi. Once she's away from the diner she calls Cas and explains that she's decided to keep the baby.

Quotes
Dean: I don't know. Who won the Nobel Peace Prize? Why don't we start there?
Crowley: Can I get you without the flannel? No. Still I endure.
Dean: What are they saying?
Castiel: There's been a massive surge in celestial energy. A Nephilim has come into being. It's the offspring of an angel and human.
Dean: And that's big news?
Castiel: Yes. But the power that produced this is immense. Much more powerful than a typical angel.
Sam: Lucifer.
Dean: I'm sorry, who the hell are you?
Castiel: My name is Castiel. And no. But the truth can be situational.
Rowena: Well, dear. I'm a witch, he's an angel.
Crowley: And I'm the King of Hell.
Kelly: Oh God.
Sam: Go to Hell!
