VOICEOVER LUCIFER: When your brother was trapped in Purgatory, you were here. With a girl, and a dog. You can't win this Sam. You're just not strong enough. You didn't even bother trying to find him. And I know that if you're going to beat the Darkness, you have to be ready to watch the people you love [dramatic pause] DIE.

Then

SAM: There's this cage. In hell. And it's where they keep Lucifer. And I've been in it. And I think God wants me to go back.

LUCIFER: It wasn't God inside your head, Sam. It was me.

CROWLEY: Your brother's in hell-

LUCIFER: The darkness. She's the end of everything. We can beat her.

CROWLEY: -with Lucifer

SAM: You want a vessel? [Lucifer nods] No.

LUCIFER: Plan B. [punches Sam. Then punches Cas] Last words?

CAS: Can you really beat her?

LUCIFER: I can.

CAS: Then yes. [Lucifer glows white and enters Cas. Cut to a shot of Casifer]

ROWENA: [dreamily] Lucifer.

CROWLEY: The darkness. What is she to you?

AMARA: You will never hurt me.

DEAN: I'm sorry Amara.

AMARA: We're bound, Dean. Told ya. We'll always be bound. I can't be resisted. That feeling that you have when you're with me. Just...bliss. Why wouldn't you want that? You and I will be together. Forever.

Now

County Cork, Ireland 30 Years Ago

[A gramophone is playing Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow]

MORA: Horrick! Oh, what are you doing?

HORRICK: She loves this song. [They smile at their daughter in her crib] It's the only thing that'll put her to sleep! Besides... [he sweeps his wife into his arms and they start dancing] This is our song.

MORA: It's good to see you smiling, [insert foreign language term of endearment]

HORRICK: Trying, Mora. Trying-- [baby starts wailing and high pitched noise is heard. Horrick winces.] Oh, do you hear that?

MORA: That would be our daughter. [Noise intensifies]

HORRICK: No. I hear...screaming. Wait- [lights start flickering and Horrick bends over in pain, covering his ears.]

MORA: Hold on, Horrick. Just hold on! [rushes to kitchen. Gets out mixing bowl and starts throwing stuff in it. Meanwhile Horrick clutches his head as his eyes, nose, and mouth start bleeding. Horrick starts pounding the wall with his head. And suddenly a ghost-like figure appears behind him, arms spread wide in attack position.]

MORA: Hold on!

[Alternate scenes of mixing and head bashing when suddenly Horrick falls over. The figure looms over his head, tongue outstretched.]

MORA: Get away from him! [figure hisses at her and telekinetically throws her into the wall. Resumes position over Horrick's brain. The baby screeches, catching the figure's attention. ]

MORA: No! [She slices her hand with a shard of glass, and her blood completes her concoction. Blue light emits from the bowl, and the figure is banished. Mora reaches up to comfort her child]

MORA: It'll be okay sweetheart. It'll be okay. [She dies. The baby is still crying, and right before the screen goes to black, we see blood trickling out of her ear.]
