Acting in Unison
Oh my God, I love it when they talk at the same time!
After so many years together it's not surprising that Dean and Sam will often speak or sing or act in unison. It's really adorable. Below is a list of episodes where this happens with the time of the event included (in minutes and seconds – all times are approximate). Instances where outside forces cause the boys to act in unison (i.e. being thrown against the wall by a demon) are not included.

The boys decided that in destroying the hook, “We stop the Hook Man.” at 31:17. They also perform an impressive and simultaneous toss and catch – gun for necklace. (36:54)
After hearing 137 was the ghost's clue, the boys state: “Room number.” (27:02)
The boys are anxious to share their information: “Dude, I gotta talk to you.” at 20:40. In response to John's inquiry, they respond “Yes, sir.” (34:43)
The boys shoot at the shtriga simultaneously. (36:23)
In response to John's statement that they will work together: “Yes, sir.” (41:10)
Can the boys tell the guest stars of the week the truth: “Nah.” (26:18)
In response to Ellen's question if they are the Winchesters: “Yeah.” (10:02)
The boys show Ronald Resnick their FBI badges at 4:30.
When Bobby asks if they are exaggerating about dancing aliens, they answer: "No." (18:35)
The boys play "Rock, Paper, Scissors" at 11:29 and 11:37.
Deacon tries to get the boys' attention and they respond: “What?” (31:44)
The boys turn and watch Bela walk away at 19:49.
The boys sing "Silent Night" (very badly and not really in harmony) at 11:50.
The boys wake up simultaneously twice at 23:21 and 36:21.
Sam knows what Dean is going to say: “Yeah, right. Nice guess.” (It wasn't a guess – by Sam) “Right, you're a mind reader. Cut it out Sam. Sam. You think you're being funny, but you're being really, really childish. Sam Winchester wears make-up. Sam Winchester cries his way through sex. Sam Winchester keeps a ruler by the bed and every morning, when he wakes up...” beginning at 20:06.
The boys stand up simultaneously in the cell at 12:57 and show off their matching tattoos at 23:39.
The boys, with matching expressions, look at each other and say “?!?shlsh?!?” (39:30)

Bobby says it is sign, but the boys want to know: “A sign of what?” (25:32)
The boys sit down simultaneously at 9:47. They also don't think their lives are “Easy?” (31:25)

The boys aim their guns at 24:24.
The boys get into the Impala at 41:44.
The boys play "Rock, Paper, Scissors" at 13:27. When Adam wants a say about the family business, the boys just say “No!” (17:15)
The boys are locked and loaded at 26:26.
The boys determine that it isn't demons: “It's War.” (35:02)
The Boys find themselves in a sitcom – the title sequence has several moments of simultaneous action: scary moment at 2:18, a bicycle built for two at 2:39, and falling down at 2:54. The boys, as procedural cop show cops, put on sunglasses at 27:38.
According to Cas, his hunger is a clue, but ”For what?” (20:25)
The boys keep an eye on Zachariah at 19:19.
The boys toast the victory at 12:26.
The boys exit separate vehicles, shut the doors, and walk around the front of their respective vehicles at 9:57.
To help Bobby and Rufus, the boys kick in the door. (30:33)
The boys play "Rock, Paper, Scissors" at 3:33.
When Cas asks if he can ride in the front seat, the boys respond: “No!” (3:52)
The boys fire simultaneously at the Nazi necromancer Eckhart at 38:34.
When Cas disappears, the boys shout in frustration: “Cas!?!” at 15:12. Later when they are arguing and Meg keeps interrupting, they tell her “Shut up Meg”, twice, at 23:35 and 23:58.
To put Kevin's fears to rest regarding Crowley, the boys tell him: “OK, he is not in your head.” (2:46)
The boys are brainstorming to find a way to help Charlie and the solution is: “African Dream Root.” (28:52)
After being thanked by Dash for saving everyone, Sam and Dean both enter the Impala at the same time. (38:42)
Dean and Sam tell each other what the monster is at 32:28: "Grigori".
Sam and Dean cock their pistols at the same time after exiting the Impala at 7:27.
The Boys respond "No" to Rowena's question about being a team at 28:24. Then, at 30:49, when Rowena suggests the three of them have a "wee sing-song," Sam and Dean both reply with a "No" again.
At 7:00, Sam and Dean sing along to Bob Seger's "Night Moves."
Sam and Dean flash their FBI badges and then put them back in their breast pockets at 15:35.
The Boys play Rock, Paper, Scissors at 30:06.
Dean and Sam tell the man who bumps into them “It's all right” at 9:44.
At 4:58, Sam and Dean produce their FBI badges simultaneously to the Neighborhood Watch lady. At 15:22, Sam and Dean both say "This has happened before" after the meet up after investigating the case.
When Crowley offers to help, a skeptical Dean and Sam respond “If...” because they want to know what he wants in return at 10:15.
At 11:18, Sam, Dean, and Mary put away their FBI badges at the same time.
When Crowley tells the Winchesters he is "persona non grata" in his own palace. Sam and Dean both respond incredulously with "Palace?" at 16:41.
When Crowley asks if anyone's heard of Ramiel, all three Winchesters respond with "No". at 20:35.
After the Boys are sucked into the TV and starting at 4:41, cartoon Sam and Dean are shocked and say “Aahh, your're a cartoon! I'm a cartoon!”. At 17:04, the Boys, in cartoon form, say “Cass?” when they catch cartoon Castiel skulking around the haunted mansion. At 26:47, cartoon Sam and Dean removed the candles from the iron candlesticks, rush the ghost, and stab him with the candlesticks. At 28:50, the Boys and Castiel, in cartoon form say “mm-hmm” when Velma asks if vampires, werewolves, and demons are real.
At 36:49, the Boys pull out their guns and point them at Arthur Ketch.
While walking through the woods at night, Sam and Dean step over a log in unison.
Shocked at seeing their doubles, both Sam and Dean and their doppelgängers react by saying "What the hell" (Sam and Dean) and "What the heck" (AU Sam and Dean) simultaneously.
On occasion, the Winchesters will speak in unison with another character.
“old” Dean and Bobby say “Shut up Sam!” (13:55)
Sam and Lucifer explain to Dean: “You can't torture someone who has nothing left for you to take away.” (9:33)
Dean and Tyler both say "Jackass" at 27:23.
After Sam announces the victims were killed by belladonna, Dean and Charlie respond: “The porn star?” at 19:34 and upon clarification that Sam means the poison, Dean and Charlie say "oh" at 19:40.
After Sam is surprised that "Carry On Wayward Son" will be sung in the play, Dean and Marie both tell him that it is a "classic." (7:41)
When Rowena wants to know if Sam and Castiel plan on letting her in on what's going on, both respond with a "No" at 11:30.
Castiel and Crowley, posing as FBI agents, both greet Sam and Dean with an "Agent," much to Dean's annoyance.
When Sam stops Dean from killing Crowley, Dean and Mary both respond with a surprised "Seriously?" at 12:36.
At 11:52, Sam and Scooby Doo both exclaim “haunted!” when they are told that the mansion is haunted. At 22:45, Sam and Velma both say “That's strange” as they discover a clue to the mystery in the attic.
