The show has yet to confirm the idea that Raphael is part of this organization. If the show did confirm this, I must have missed it. Please reply by leaving a message on this page if the show did confirm this.

I thought it was self-evident that 'the host of heaven' refers to every angel everywhere. Except when it means every angel everywhere with the exception of Castiel, Anna, Lucifer, Gabriel (possibly), and any other angel who's been cut off from the communal power source. In either event Raphael would be included. —EllieMurasaki 03:00, 9 March 2010 (UTC)
Fair point, but I think "host of heaven" is sort of a collective term for all angels in Heaven. But i'll edit to make that clear. --Missyjack 07:44, 9 March 2010 (UTC)
Gabriel hasn't been cut off from Heaven. All of his angelic abilities remain intact as of now.

Lucifer has definitely been cut off, though, and not only are his powers intact, there's a Ben Edlund interview somewhere that mentions hell's frozen over because now that Lucifer's been sprung hell has no power source. Lucifer and Gabriel are both archangels. Draw a straight line between two points... —EllieMurasaki 13:12, 9 March 2010 (UTC)
