Sasha: Nobody seems to know for sure what this guy's name is (I see a lot of Hendrickson also) and I'm not either, but Demian says Henriksen and the Lance Henriksen theory made sense to me as something the writers would do, hence I went with that.

On the CW's official Supernatural page, his name is listed as Victor Henricksen: http://www.cwtv.com/shows/supernatural/episodes

At the end of Jus in Bello when the boys and Ruby are watching the newscast, Henriksen's name appears on the screen spelt as "Henriksen", so i'll take that as canonical. Missyjack
