edited this 'power' as unclear of meaning "*Claim an angel's heart" --Missyjack 10:06, 2 March 2011 (UTC)

I thought the show itself made it clear on what the definition of that particular talent of Raphael meant. As Rapahel responds to Castiel, "They won't listen because their hearts are mine," which means in that power, he can control an angel completely.

I think the meaning of that is that the angels are loyal to him - thats what the phrase "their hearts are mine" usually means --Missyjack 05:35, 3 March 2011 (UTC)

I was just browsing through some article pages, and I came across this page. And in that regard, I took much notice that under his powers and abilities heading, he is subjected to a short, bulletined list of his angelic abilities, and I think, actually, I know that he, as an archangel, can do a whole lot more.

I am sure Raphael can do more, however we have only had 3 encounters with Rapahel, and so little information about what the powers may be. Any additions would only be speculation. --Missyjack 00:36, 10 April 2011 (UTC)

I think it's best to have pictures of both vessels in the info box. --Missyjack 13:34, 8 May 2011 (UTC)

The date of death should be 2012 since the SPN timeline is one year ahead of us. Since a year passed between S5 and S6. So I will change that -- Scyllaya 11:05, 21 May 2011

even with the years jump it could still be late 2011, but i do agree 2012 may be more likely. --Missyjack 09:22, 21 May 2011 (UTC)
I don't know who changed it back his death-date to 2011, but I am fixing it. -- Scyllaya 17:49, 22 May 2011
Please see Canon_Discrepancies#Timeline. I think it's likely that it's 2011. Considering that 6.06 aired in October and the calendar read October, I'm of the opinion that they're continuing the tradition of episodes airing around the time that they're depicting. Also, in 6.18, Sam said he was from 2011. --Ashley 16:40, 22 May 2011 (UTC)
Ok, I guess it can be up to debate then. --Scyllaya 18:47 22 May 2011
Swan Song happened in May 2010. The 6x06 calendar is flat wrong; there's no way around that. Dean moved in with Lisa "a year ago" and Sam came back "about a year" afterwards. So May 2011. Let's say it was December 2011 on the present-day side of 6x18. So either we're assuming the 6x06 calendar is half wrong and it was October 2011 in that ep, in which case you're expecting us to believe twelve episodes took place in two months—ha ha ha no—or you're expecting us to believe the 6x06 calendar is all wrong and so are the 6x05 screencaps of the missing posters for the vampire kidnappees (one of whom was last seen early October) and eighteen episodes took place in eight months. That's a little more than one every two weeks, and we have to account for driving time from Cicero to the Campbell compound to Cicero to Sioux Falls to the Campbell compound to Cicero, time to pack up the Braeden house and move from Cicero to Battle Creek, Michigan, time to drive around Michigan and to the Campbell compound and back to Battle Creek, time to fly to Scotland, etc etc etc etc. The Impala does not have magical teleportation powers, and 6x18 is one of the exceedingly few episodes that takes place over only one day. No, when Sam said 2011, he was wrong. Either that or the year between Swan Song and Exile took place in a pocket dimension. —EllieMurasaki 17:11, 22 May 2011 (UTC)
My assumption is that it is a canon discrepancy. In other words, they didn't change the year the way they should have when time passed after Season 5. For me, Sam saying that he's a hunter from the year 2011 definitively sets the year at 2011 in the canon. 2011 doesn't roll of the tongue quite like "2012," so I can't see him accidently saying the wrong year. --Ashley 17:50, 22 May 2011 (UTC)

Pictures used on his character template...

Now I'm appalled, why do you guys keep reverting my edits regarding his profile picture? The reason I condensed it down, was not be be annoying, but because he is no longer using Donnie Finnerman as a vessel and the one is currently using, the woman, will have been "used" by the archangel more than Donnie was (as he only appeared in two episodes) at the end of the sixth season. So, with that said, is there legitimate reason as to why you guys keep changing it back? -- ImperiexSeed, 2:52 PM, May 8th 2011

My decision is to keep pics of both vessels in the profile box, as we do with Lucifer and Michael. --Missyjack 21:28, 8 May 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for informing me, but then, could we condense their profiles (except Gabriel's, as it doesn't apply for him) to a single picture, one of that of their most recent vessel, and place their previous one under the appearances subheading? -- ImperiexSeed, 5:54 PM, May 8th 2011

It makes sense to me to keep both pictures in the Infobox. More casual viewers may check the wiki for "Raphael" and be confused when all they see at the top is one or the other Vessel. Also, I don't really think it takes anything away from the page to have both. Like Ruby, Michael, and Lucifer. Castiel, I think, is a special case because he was only in another Vessel for about 5-10 minutes real time. --Ashley 22:18, 9 May 2011 (UTC)
