demon hierarchy?
do we know who is more powerful, the white eyes, lilith and alistair, or yellow eyes, azazel? for a while i was leaning towards white but after watching dean torture alistair with the holy water im starting to lean towards yellow because azazel was unaffected holy water. that and watching azazel posses a reaper was just bad ass in my book. any thoughts?
I don't think eye colour is directly assoicated with a heirarchy. Ruby has black eyes but is quite powerful, as is Tammi, the demon in Malleus maleficarum, who is powerful enough to stop a bullet form the Colt - which Azazel couldnt do. --Missyjack 03:03, 10 September 2009 (UTC)
ruby doesn't really seem that much more powerful than any other black eyed demons, unless im forgetting a particular instance where she displayed really strong powers. now tammi i agree, she does seem much more powerful than other black eyed demons, i still dont think she i more powerful or higher up in command than yellow eyes or lilith. the way i see it is azazel was probably just caught off guard by dean shooting the colt and just didnt react in time. plus it would have ruined that amazing finale. surely you cant deny that different colored eyes mean something otherwise why would they have them. Wrong
- Apparently Demons, when using a demonic ritual, are able to kill Reaper's 4.15 Death Takes A Holiday.
This is a fake information, because the demons could kill the reapers just because of Death's Scythe --Gobi-Aoi 03:10, 23 May 2010 (UTC)
Capable of Overpowering Alpha's
This is just wrong ordinary black eyed demons can not overpower alpha's. When the Alpha Vampire is captured by the demons, he has been getting tortured for hours has been getting pumped full of dead mans blood (enough to take down a whole nest of regular vamps) for hours and it still takes three of them attacking at once to bring him down. I know that this fact is mentioned in the article too but still personally I think that bit about capable of overpowering alpha's should just be taken out altogether.I don't think that an ordinary black eyed demon could overpower an ordinary vampire or werewolf or Rugaroo on its own either. Ruby for instance is shown to not be that much stronger than an ordinary human as Dean always fights with her and usually overpowers her too like at the end of when the levee breaks where as vampires like Gordon and Kate and Lucy seem to give Dean Sam and John more trouble. The only black eyed demons that the Winchesters can't overpower at all are clearly higher ranking ones like Tammi and Meg.
How is it possible to kill demons?
Aren't demons supposed to be twisted souls? Death said that even he didn't have the power to destroy souls so how is it possible to kill demons seeing as they are souls but have been corrupted? Lumix19 03:13, 27 August 2011 (UTC)
- That's a good question. Bobby in 6.04 called demons ghosts with attitude, or something like that, when he proved that burning their bones got rid of them in the same way the it got rid of ghosts. I have always assumed that ghosts, also souls, are sent elsewhere rather than destroyed, Heaven, Hell, or Purgatory. Maybe destroyed demons are sent Purgatory, a deeper recess of Hell, or to another place that is as yet unknown.--MisterGlass 00:09, 29 August 2011 (UTC)
