Talk:Bobby Singer

Is it ever explicity stated that he lives in West Virginia? Or is this fanon? His tow-truck has South Dakota plates, and it takes the boys several hours to get to his place.. Could we get a citation in the article? I would very much like to know for sure.  :)

Hmm. I think that might have come from me, someone had commented somewhere on licence plates? Feel free to change that. My US geography is obviously not the greatest o_O

Noticed - it says he lives in Sioux County, South Dakota, but there isn't a Sioux County in SD (there is, however, one in North Dakota). Wondering if this is an inaccuracy on the part of the show or whoever wrote the article?

Either way, interesting note: While there isn't a Sioux County, South Dakota, there is a Lawrence County, SD - maybe Bobby lives there? :P (Added bonus fun: the county seat in Lawrence County, SD is Deadwood!). -- Shin (tenroundclip)

It is definitely South Dakota. I blieve his license plate confirms this as does Dean in 2.14 Born Under a Bad Sign. I've checked it out and I'm going to change the location to Sioux Falls which is in South Dakota. Sioux Falls, South Dakota is the location stated in Rising Son 3 when John brings the boys by Bobby's house. I think we can assume that this is the correct location? Makes sense. --VanaE

That sounds good to me :D definitely sounds right. Maybe the person who put Sioux County was just confused on that. - Shin (tenroundclip)

I see that information attributed to the tie-in book Supernatural: Bobby Singer's Guide to Hunting has been added to the page. I have not seen information from other novels added to character pages; would this information be more appropriate on the page for the book? --MisterGlass 19:10, 16 February 2012 (PST)

I am going to go ahead and remove the paragraph in question, since it is not show canon as far as I know. --MisterGlass 15:19, 26 February 2012 (PST)
