While not named in the episode, closed captioning revealed that the final Grigori's name was [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kokabiel Kabaiel], who is considered the fourth of the twenty leaders of the 200 fallen watcher angeldangels, and whose name translates to "Star of God."
