As [[Jack]] looks around [[the Empty]], Billie appears behind him to announce that "it's time."

A resurrected Jack reveals to a [[Grigori]] that he is hunting the angel and knows of his deeds because Billie told him. Jack later explains to the Winchesters and Castiel that Billie kept him stashed away in [[the Empty]] for safety until [[God]] left the Earth. Once God was gone, Billie resurrected Jack and provided him with a plan that she claims can make Jack strong enough to kill God Himself.
