Siobhan Flannery is a student at St. Alphonso's Academy in Flint, Michigan. She had been cast as Dean Winchester in the Supernatural musical along with her girlfriend Kristen who was cast as Castiel.

While rehearsing a scene for the St. Alphonso Academy's production of Supernatural: The Musical!, the director, Marie, cuts a scene short and asks Siobhan—who is playing "Dean"—where the Samulet is as she is supposed to be wearing it. Siobhan nonchalantly answers that she took it off since it kept hitting her in the lips. Marie, very passionate about the play, tells her to take one for the team and put it back on. Siobhan tells her that she doesn't really care about the play, she's just here for the college credit. This infuriates Marie and they get into a physical altercation which is only broken up when Mrs. Chandler speaks up.

A few days later during more rehearsals, Siobhan is rehearsing "The Road So Far" when Marie, unhappy with the scene, yells cut and gives her and Maggie—who is playing "Sam"—more stage directions. When Marie walks off to greet the real Sam and Dean, Siobhan complains to Maggie that Marie never stops criticizing them.

While Dean is being shown to Mrs. Chandler's office, he spots Siobhan and Maggie (aka "Dean" and "Sam") rehearsing. He questions Marie as to what they're rehearsing and she explains that it's the B.M. scene—the boy melodrama scene. Dean then asks why the actresses are standing so close together and demands they step away from each other, which they do confusedly. Siobhan and Maggie are interrupted soon after by Sam playing with the lighting.

A little while later, Dean spots Siobhan (still in full "Dean" costume) kissing another actress, Kristen—who plays "Castiel". Confused, he asks if that's in the play. Marie says it isn't, that Siobhan and Kristen are a couple in real life.

During dress rehearsals on the day of the performance, Marie asks Siobhan if she's wearing the Samulet, and Siobhan flashes it at her. During the play, Siobhan performs "The Road So Far" as a solo, "A Single Man Tear" with Marie as "Sam", and "Carry On Wayward Son" with the rest of the cast.
