History
Mrs. Rourke is the mother of Layla Rourke. She and Layla have attended every service lead by the faith healer Reverend Roy Le Grange, hoping that he will heal Layla's inoperable brain tumor, but they are not able meet personally with him. Furious that non-believers like Dean are being chosen over her daughter, she asks Dean why he deserves to live more than her daughter. When Dean interrupts Layla's healing to save David, the man who protests the Church of Roy Le Grange, Roy promises Mrs. Rourke a private session to make up for what Dean cut short.
