Losechesters

At Comic-Con 2015, Jared was asked by MC Richard Speight if the Winchesters would be able to defeat The Darkness, he replied "I think we’ll beat it. Because we’re not the LOSEchesters." Watch it here. When Jared used the "LOSEchesters" line for the fourth time, Jensen quipped back "The thing is we’re slowly turning into the Losechesters!"

Since then Jared has continued to deploy the "Losechesters" at every opportunity, and it is on the way to becoming a comedy classic.

Of course Jared can't entirely claim authorship of the line, which was first used in 4.13 After School Special, when the bully Dirk taunts young Sam with the name. Watch it here.
