Kara was a waitress at the Biggerson's Restaurant in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Kara approaches Castiel to refill his cup with coffee. Castiel starts to talk about how humans discovered coffee saying "you learned it from the goats," which makes Kara uneasy. She then looks back at her manager and tells Castiel that he needs to order something other than coffee to keep the table to which Castiel replies after looking at the menu that he would like to have "smart-heart beer-battered tempura tempters." Kara leaves to give the order while Castiel notices that his angels pursuers are closing in and disappears.
When Castiel comes back, he is left shocked after noticing that everyone is dead in the restaurant and Kara's eyes burnt out. Castiel goes up to Kara to heal her until suddenly he is held at knife point from Ion's angel blade.
Naomi soon arrives and telekinetically snaps Kara neck.
