Characteristics
These brass knuckles with Enochian runes etched onto each knuckle were created by the British Men of Letters and allow for a human to cause damage to angels. According to Ketch, the brass knuckles only work on angels, but they can still be effective weapons against humans and demons, though Ramiel, as a Prince of Hell, displayed a higher endurance against these weapons. It's shown that the Enochian brass knuckles can disorient archangels as well, but they have a better recovery rate than angels.

12.01 Keep Calm and Carry On
When Ms. Watt confronts Dean and Castiel, she is wearing brass knuckles with Enochian spellwork etched into them. With Castiel still operating with only a small portion of his grace, leaving him in a weakened state makes him all the more vulnerable, allowing Ms. Watt to make short work of Cas and Dean. After Mary kills Ms. Watt, they take possession of her Enochian brass knuckles.
12.02 Mamma Mia
After capturing Dean Winchester, Lady Bevell dons her own pair of Enochian brass knuckles and begins to beat Dean with them.
12.12 Stuck in the Middle (With You)
As Sam, Dean, and Mary prepare to take the fight to Ramiel in the barn, Dean puts on the brass knuckles, but Ramiel is undeterred by Dean's punches and disorients him with the Lance of Michael, but Sam manages to take the lance and kill the Prince of Hell.
12.20 Twigs & Twine & Tasha Banes
During Mary and Ketch's fight at the British Men of Letters Mobile Command, Mary pulls out a pair of the Enochian brass knuckles, prompting Ketch to laugh, telling her they only work on angels. Mary proceeds to kick him in the crotch and say that brass knuckles are still brass knuckles before clocking him in the jaw.
12.23 All Along the Watchtower
While facing down Lucifer, Mary begins beating him back into the Apocalypse World with a pair of Enochian brass knuckles on each hand. Each punch causes Lucifer's face to light up red. Her final blow sends him reeling back into the portal, dragging her along with him.
13.01 Lost and Found
Mary is still wearing the brass knuckles as she attempts flee Lucifer in Apocalypse World.

- After Mary and Lucifer are captured in Apocalypse World by Michael in 13.02 The Rising Son, the brass knuckles make no further appearances, though it's assumed that Michael disarmed them when he brought them to his fortress.
