She was kidnapped by Seth and given to Jimmy Day to be fed on. While tied to a bed, she watches as Aidan and Josephine Barnes break in to try to kill Jimmy. When Sam and Dean arrive, Jimmy escapes to a mysterious van but is captured when poisoned by Krissy's dart which contained dead man's blood. Sam, with the help of Josephine, helped free Connie from her bed.
Later on, Dean goes to interview the Connie about the incident and she tells him that it was a man in a hoodie driving a blue van who took her, not Jimmy, who was a local war hero, and that Jimmy didn't want to feed on her.
