Episodes
4.21 When the Levee Breaks
Ruby tells Sam that she has a lead on Lilith's personal chef, who may be able to help them find Lilith. Elsewhere, Cindy is gossiping with another nurse about a neonatal nurse at St. Paul's kidnapping two babies without remembering having done it later. Cindy looks at the babies in the nursery and says that the babies look "delicious" as her eyes go black, indicating that Lilith's chef is now possessing her. At the end of the episode, Sam and Ruby leave to capture the demon.
4.22 Lucifer Rising
While kidnapping a newborn baby from its parents, the demon is caught and interrogated for Lilith's location by Sam, who uses his powers to torture the demon. She reveals that Lilith will be at St. Mary's Convent in Ilchester, Maryland at midnight the next day, and then begs to be killed, but Ruby tells Sam they must first drain the demon of her blood so Sam can feed off it to become strong enough to kill Lilith. In an act of vindictiveness, the demon withdraws to the recesses of Cindy’s mind so that Cindy comes to, scared and confused about the situation. She begs Sam and Ruby to let her go, but they ignore her and lock her in the trunk as they drive to St. Mary's Convent. Sam is conflicted about bleeding Cindy while she's conscious, but—seeing no other choice in his fight against Lilith—eventually agrees to Ruby's plan. Cindy and the demon presumably die off-screen.
